Today’s post is a two for one! I used these colours from the Watercooler Challenge blog as well as this sketch from the Freshly Made Sketches gals to come up with this fun card! As an extra bonus, can you spot the new stamp from the upcoming Holiday Catalogue?
You can click to order current products online, subscribe to My Paper Pumpkin, become a demonstrator, and contact me.
Thank you again for being a big part of these challenges!!!
Hi Stefanie, what a great card for both challenges! The splatter from the Gorgeous Grunge set really brings it up a notch. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Stephanie. Once again you've added elegance to the simple. The colors really pop in your design and I can never get enough of either Gorgeous Grunge or Mixed Bunch! You have me totally stumped on the Holiday stamp included. I went back through the catalog cover to cover and nope…not seeing it. Enlightenment please? {grin} I was wondering if you made the epoxy dots per one of the demonstrations at convention though.
I like how you used the bit of gold brads on the card as well as the purple center to the flower.
Pretty card. I love the ink splatters paired with the colorful flower. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
Apparently I stumped everyone! The stamp I used for the background isn't from Gorgeous Grunge! It's actually from a new set from the holiday catalogue called Frightful Wreath. I also used plain old rhinestones for the bling, just gave them some colour with matching Blendabilities!
I didn't notice that stamp in the set below the Frightful Wreath kit. The fact that they've only shown it at 50% makes a huge difference in perception. At 100% it would be similar but less dense a splatter than the small one in the Gorgeous Grunge.
