Every month I end up making a stack or two of birthday cards and a stack or two of customer thank you cards. This month I decided to get two things done at once, and created this card that would suit both purposes. The Posted For You stamp set made it easy to add some extra detail to the design, and I love how easy it was to color the flower with blends!
Here’s a look at both the birthday and “just a note” version which I’ll use for thank you cards.
The punch adds some simple texture to the feature piece, and I’m loving the juxtaposition of Scalloped Linen ribbon and linen thread.
By embossing and layering the stamped sentiments and details, I added even more texture to this DSP, which has texture for days!
