This week we have a brand new mini catalogue to celebrate, but we also have a ton of amazing free items to earn through a SECOND Sale-A-Bration this year! This is so exciting, and many of the products you can earn for free coordinate with items in the annual and mini catalogues, including the Penguin Place bundle and free Penguin Playmates designer series paper I used for my project today. I CASEd this card from Kerry Timms, taking her original idea and changing it up a bit to suit what I wanted to do. Take a look…

I ended up using this card for one of my Crafty Collaborations swaps as well, so that meant it needed a decorated envelope! I embossed the flap of the envelope to give it texture that coordinated with the card…

I also had to decorate the inside of the card, so I did some more stamping/blending like on the front and added a strip of DSP along the edge. I get these sticky notes printed to save my hand from cramping up writing inside all the cards I send too! That way the recipient can go ahead and use the card when they receive it as well.

Let’s take another look at the layers and details, I just couldn’t stop adding them!

This card is going to be a part of my Christmas Kick Off Class as well, which will include over a dozen cards from two different bundles for two different styles, all featuring DSP that’s free during Sale-A-Bration! If you’d like to register, email me and I’ll get you more information and get you signed up!

Now hop along the blog roll to see what everyone else made featuring Sale-A-Bration products!
