Happy Share it Sunday! Today my Crafty Collaborations friends are blog hopping sharing what we’ve been working on. I had a request for some wedding and anniversary cards, so I pulled a stamp set I wanted to play with and got to work! The Henna Hearts set lends itself perfectly to one of my favorite techniques. It’s super easy too, you just wet down some watercolor paper that’s had an image embossed on it, then adding ink to the image with a water painter. The result is this painterly look with detail from the stamped image.
Here’s a look at the process and another look at the final result!
Take a look at what everyone else is up to by clicking on the names below to follow along the blog hop!
If you’d like to create your own version of this card, you can shop my store below. Don’t forget to use my host code (on the top left of this page) and you’ll get a free mail and make class and a tutorial bundle sent to you!
Here’s a sneak peek at the tutorial bundle I’ll be sending out… it contains the cut maps and instructions for 24 one sheet wonders! You’ll see more details of the one I included here on my blog next weekend.
Happy stamping!
