Today will be the end of the month of Ramadan, a month of fasting, prayer, and community for the Muslim world. And of course we’re celebrating with a blog hop! You can learn more about Ramadan here: Ramadan
My card uses the imagery of a sunset and a crescent moon, which mark the end of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid al-Fitr. I used blending brushes to create my sunset, which is super easy once you get the hang of it. My biggest trick here is to start on a surface, not on your final project…
From there I assembled my own sentiment by using a partially stamped sentiment and some cut out letters. The putty tip on the Take Your Pick Tool makes managing tiny pieces a breeze!
I love how my finished card turned out, how about you?
Hop along to see what everyone else made…
And if you’d like to create your own cards, you can click on the products below to be taken to my online store! Use my host code and you’ll get a free tutorial bundle this month too.
Happy stamping!
