One of my favorite watercolor techniques is emboss resist. This is when you heat emboss an image (or images) and then watercolor over top of them. It’s a super fun and easy way to add color and artistry to a piece without having to be ‘good’ at painting or anything fancy!
When layering up the card, you can cut a piece from the middle of the gold foil as it’s going to be covered anyway.
You can also stamp the inside of the card as well as the envelope to match!
