This template includes sizes including slots to test thickness for Standard and Oversized lettermail items. It is not an official template, but will give you a good idea whether you can send an item as lettermail or not. Always check with your local post office for up to date and accurate standards.

The included SVG files can be loaded directly into the Glowforge interface (or similar) to engrave and cut, or be loaded into a design program like Illustrator to modify. Both the full sized and compact versions are included. I used MDF/hardboard for mine, but you could cut it out of any material you’d like!
